Off The Vine (OTV) opened its doors in November of 2014, and is Cincinnati’s first cold pressed juice bar.  located in the heart of Over-The-Rhine. We are Cincinnati natives who love our city and neighborhood, and who are driven to provide a healthy plant-based alternative.
